There is absolutely no need to sacrifice any treat on a healthy lifestyle. Yup, Including Chocolate mousse. In my opinion this recipe is both tastier and richer than the processed poisonsous conventional variety.
You only need 4 things. An avocado, some cacao. maple syrup (the real stuff, no faking this one) and a food processor/blender.
This mousse is bursting with good fats, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It is a super beauty recipe too and a wonderful treat to indulge on if you are detoxing.
Here are the 3 steps:
1. Grab the following:
Avocado
Two tablespoons of cacao powder
Two tablespoons of real maple syrup (The impostor stuff is devoid of nutrients)
2. Blend on high until smooth
3. Park yourself in a sunny patch for at least half an hour
