Especially while studying. So today I decided to make my lovely friend some raw organic chocky from scratch and have some myself. She has a sweet tooth and loves all things chocolate so what better than some yummy walnut and chia seed superfood choc? Looks, sounds and tastes indulgent buy is actually a completely healthy and nourishing treat. Mind body and soul.

These delicious bites are packed with amazing nourishing good fats. Coconut oil stops sugar cravings, boosts your metabolism and slows aging, Walnuts are a super brain food (ever noticed they even look like a brain)and chia seeds among other amazing benefits area super high source of omega-3 fats.
