Disclaimer: This is one of those occasional non-food-related posts that just grabs me and I feel inspired to write and share my experiences. I hope you get a pinch of insight and it answers a few of your wonderings. Enjoy…
It is true. Once upon a time I would have considered what I am about to rave about to you as a bit “woo-woo” or a bit, you know, “hocus-pocus”.
The thing is, I actually had no idea what these ancient healing modalities actually were.
Having booked an appointment one day to find out for myself what acupuncture and kanieesiology actually were, I can tell you now that I found out that they are incredibly powerful! If you have never been you will have to go and find out for yourself.
I now go to kanieesiology and acupuncture once a month or two and love it.
Let me explain what they are….
Kinesiology is the gentle art of muscle monitoring to access information about someones wellbeing. It combines western tequegiques of muscle testing with ancient eastern wisdom to balance and promote physical, mental and emotional health. To put it very simply.
I go to Tiffany at Inner Spark in Drumcondra
Acupuncture is a 3,000 year old traditional Chinese medicine healing technique. It is slowly being recognised more by western medicine and is now covered by many insurance policies so if you are thinking of going, check your insurance policy! Using very fine needles that stimulate specific anatomic sites to improve the body’s function and promote natural self healing.
I go to Jaya at Lotus living
Of course these are just two of the amazing healing modalities out there and there are many more. These are the two that I have found and love so I thought I would share them with you incase you were curious!
Have a great week!
