When Nikole Ramsay and I first chatted about collaborating again to produce an epic sequal to my first book Natural Harry we both agreed this book should not only be super useful, inspiring and full of all of my top tips, but also brimming with beautiful images showcasing the epic, ever changing coast line we live on here in’ Vicko’, my tiny house and our wider reigon.
It is one thing to jot down 112 of your most favourite, easy, whole-food, plant-based recipes but it is another thing entirely to turn those scribbles into a useful, beuatiful, hard cover recipe/lifestyle and coffee table book.
In photographing all the details and delish recipes for this book we went on quite a few adventures. Surfing, early morning beach swims, camping, exploring, picnics and of course, hanging out at the beach shack Frase and I call home with our dog Fred.
It was such a treat to have Jade on board to film some behind the scences in the process so that we could take you along for the ride!
