This is my smoothie combo of choice lately. I find it sustains and nourishes mein equal and good amounts . 

11/2 cup Almond milk 
1 cup coconut water
1 banana 
1 tablespoon each maca, cacao, greens powder and cinnamon 
1 teaspoon camu camu berry 
1 large handful spinach or leafy green of choice 

Yum yum yum
