I love simplifying recipes. My goal is always to find the perfect balance between easy, wholesome and tasty.
It is super simple to make your own raw choc at home and that is what I intended on sharing here. But the thing is, it is also very easy to jazz it up too.
So if it is just a yummy bit of raw dark choc you are after all you need to do is leave out the essential oils and toppings from these recipes.
Otherwise, give these a go or experiment with your own toppings and flavours. These are just my favorites.
The reason I love to use (certified therapeutic grade) essential oils to flavour chocolate and many other sweet treats is that you can add delicious, rich flavour without adding liquids that will cause the mixture to separate and, ultimately the whole exercise to be a flop (literally). Yep. Been there done that!
So here are 4 of my faves! Enjoy. x Harry

Pour mixture onto a baking paper lined tray, sprinkle with toppings and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes to set.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
You do have to be very careful about the brand you use of course as not all are safe for human consumption. This is the brand I use.
