
How to make 3 step Choc Chia pudding:
3 Tablespoons Chia
2 cups Almond milk (or coconut water, other nut milks)
3 Teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons cacao powder
2. Shake jar well to combine ingredients and leave for 10 mins .
3. Return, shake jar again and leave for a further few minutes
For the best consistency leave over night or over the course of the day. It makes a great addition to a healthy sustaining breakfast.
