4 INGREDIENT BROWNIE BLISS BALLS

I discovered these delicious chewy delights whilst experimenting with raw cookie dough this week and wow are they spot on. They are so easy to make and so delicious. With minimal ingredients and 5 mins to make. perfect to take to work for a snack or in kids lunch boxes. Give them a crack at home and let me know how you go!

Preparation + make time: 5 minutes

All you will need is:

1 cup raw organic Almonds
1/2 cup Organic rolled oats
1 1/2 cup Organic Medjool dates packed tightly and pitted
1/2 cup Organic raw cacao powder
*use of an high speed food processor

Garnish (optional):
1/4 cup organic Chia

All you need to do is:

1. Add all dry ingredients into the high speed blender, blend on high until mixture becomes like a course powder

2. Continue blending on high whilst adding dates one by one until all used. Blend mixture until a cookie dough like consistency is achieved, roll into balls and roll 1/2 or all in organic Chia seeds.

voila! (These babies will keep nicely in the fridge for a week)
Hint: leave out of fridge for half an hour for a delicious chewy texture.

Have the best day ever!

would this recipe work with a nutribullet? just don’t want to blow it up! haha!

      Hi Elle,

I don’t own and have not used one myself. I definitly reccomend a food processor. My feeling is that you could burn the motor out of something with such a small base and capacity as a nutribulet.
