2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup almond milk/coconut water/ water or liquid of choice
1/2 cup dedicated coconut
1 tablespoon cacao powder ( less if you want it more mild)
1 Handful walnuts
Before creating the brownie topping: Combine chia seeds and liquid in a bowl, let sit for approx 10 minutes coming back occasionally to stir.
Place all other ingredients in food processor or blender and blend on high until a thick creamy consistency is achieved (This can take different lengths of time depending on your food processor)
Place on top of chia pudding, add extra walnuts and coconut to serve
All completely vegan, grain free, dairy free and with lots of slow burning energy and omega 3’s. Great way to start the day. Who doesn’t like the idea of having brownie for breakfast?
